My Thoughts

Such a cute idea, especially for kids who struggle with shoe laces. My kids love to not untie their shoes and instead, just slip them right on and go. With U-Lace this can be done.

I tested U-Lace on my daughters shoe

I really liked all the colors to choose from and the ability to customize them and have them match. I'm not sure if it's the style of my daughters shoes, but after I put the U-Lace on all the way to the top, she was not able to get her foot into the shoe. She said the shoes were too tight. She wears a size 5 (she's 8 years old). I attempted to undo the first couple of U-Lace's and she still had problems.

I then attempted to use the adult size I was also sent to test. these didn't have nearly the cute colors she wanted for her shoe, but we tried anyway. Since these were a bit bigger, she was able to get her foot into the shoe, but said it was still tight on her.

Again, it really could be her shoe. I used the adult laces on my own tennis shoes, and I didn't notice a bit more snuggness while on, but they worked fine on my shoe.

Over all, a really nice product and one that I would use again.

My Thoughts

The squatchi has been a wonderful addition to my household. My children have been growing like crazy lately--and their feet! Having this has been  wonderful because I can keep up with the size of their feet and be able to shop at the store without them. My kids hate shopping, so if I can eliminate taking them to try shoes on, then that's a plus.

This is also great to have if you're shopping online for shoes. No more guess, just have your child place their foot into the squatchi and you can take advantage of those online only sales.

The Squatchi is a hard plastic. You can write on it with a sharpie or dry erase marker to mark precisely where the toes are for your child. You can then take it to the store with you and measure against a professional one. I didn't do this, but I did measure at home and at a shoe store, and I found no difference between the two.

A great investment to have as your child grows up. It goes through size 5 which should last well into elementary school.

Step into Summer Fun with KLIPZ - Review & #Giveaway

 My youngest son is only three, and he hates shoes. Normally, I can't get him to keep them on for more than a few minutes at a time. He pulls them off as soon as I have him buckled into the car seat or the second he walks in the door. He never wanted to keep his feet covered--until now. As soon as he saw KLIPZ and their fun Avengers designs, he not only wanted to keep his shoes on, he's been waking me up at 5am begging me to put them on!

KLIPZ are interchangeable fashions just for kids. They offer high quality sneakers and backpacks that come with special KLIPZ that can be popped out and switched around. To go along with our KLIPZ, we also received a pair of  KLIPZ sneakers. These shoes are a much better quality that the character sneakers I usually purchase. With those, I'm lucky if they last a month before they rip or get holes in their soles. I know that won't be an issue with these high quality shoes.  They have a thick sole that provides great tread. The laces come pre-tied with a Velcro strap to keep them secure. They run true to size, and are very well-made and detailed. I have no doubt these shoes will last until my son outgrows them and will still be in good enough shape to pass down to his younger cousins.

KLIPZ sneakers are an awesome pair of shoes even before you consider the fun embellishments. The  sneakers I picked out came with neon green KLIPZ already included, but we immediately switched them over to our Hulk Klipz. This was extremely easy to do.  They pop right out and have little pegs on the end that snap into place. I've had no issues with the KLIPZ falling out, and believe me, my son is very hard on his shoes.

What I love the most about KLIPZ is that you can interchange the designs. Kids change their minds about their favorite things all the time. This way, if he loves Hulk today but can't live without Iron Man tomorrow, I can get another pair of KLIPZ and change the design without needing to buy another pair of shoes. They are fun for kids and also an affordable option for parents. Of course, the Avengers are only one example of the KLIPZ designs. Here are a few more styles on our wishlist.
