My Thoughts

The first thing I noticed when I tried on the Just Bones Boardwear Boardshorts was how lightweight they are. The 90% Polyester and 10% Spandex construction creates a pair of shorts that is not only comfortable to wear, but also quickly dries, allowing you to relax in the sun after you get out of the water. Once I wore them, I immediately loved the unique 4-way stretching design that really allows for a variance in size and custom fitting for all types of body sizes. The hidden adjustable waist on the back comfortably secures a tight fit, without the usual bulky knot that you have to tie on the front, to prevent your shorts from coming lose on the board, or in the water under a wave.

This was probably my favorite feature of all, and is the first thing I point out when talking to friends about these shorts. The shorts also feature a pocket on the side, that secures with velcro. The pocket is large enough to hold the essentials, without being too big or bulky that it gets in your way. In the pocket, there is a very convenient elastic strap that I used to keep my keys from getting lost. Overall, I really enjoyed these shorts. They are lightweight, comfortable, quick drying, and most importantly, have a customized, secured fit that cannot be found in other boardshorts. While it may be too cold right now to surf, so I could not try them out in the water, I did preform some lightweight exercises to see how they would feel. I am really excited to give them a try this summer in the water.

Finally, temperatures are starting to rise, and my family and I are getting ready to head to the beach. This year, my son will be sporting an adorable suit from Le Club Original.  I've been looking to get a head start on summer by getting a swimsuit for my son. We live at the Jersey shore and we spend a lot of time at the beach, so we need a suit that is made to last. Le Club Original had just what I was searching for. Summer is almost here, and I haven't been able to get to a department store to look for a new bathing suit yet! Time is running out, so this year, I decided to do my shopping online with Mazu Swim. I've always been a little nervous about buying swimwear online.
