My Thoughts

If you're anything like me, you always have to have a candle burning in the house. A scented candle really helps to lighten the mood.  A pleasant scent brightens up the house and a the warm flame is relaxing. I always love trying new candle scents and I especially enjoy with aromatherapy benefits. The Spa Girl Life offers a selection of high quality candles and a few bonuses  to help raise your vibe.

My Thoughts:

One thing I love to have during this time of year is a product that helps me relax! With the holidays right around the corner, being busy with college and work, something that many on the go people need is an item to assist with stress relief. This face down pillow has an attachable fan included along with essential oils to fill your airways with your favorite blends! I recieved the romance and Mood lifting set (Jasmine, Rose, Ylang-Ylang, as well as the Tranquility and Relaxation set (Lavender, Chamomile, Geranium). Right when I opened the box I could smell the luscious oils. The pillow was wrapped safely and ready to be inflated. 

One of the best aspects of the AiroSpa™ Pillow is that you can customize how much air you would like to go in. If you need a firmer or softer feel, both will work just fine! I enjoy a medium-firm level and this was perfect! It supported my neck and shoulders, while providing a way for me to de-stress, meditate, and do some deep breathing. The pillow has a nice plush coating on the front, making it soft to the touch. It is also wonderful to take outdoors for those that love to tan or rest outside.
