My Thoughts

There's something about a great crime drama that I just can't resist, and 19-2 is now my newest addiction. This series puts you right is the heart of the streets with actual officers working the beat. Nick is struggling with a former shooting and his partner Ben is still something of a rookie cop. Both are a little wary of the other, but after a few years together, they are learning to trust each other in the mist of a bizarre and violent rash of crimes that are hitting their city. This DVD set contains eight great episodes plus a bonus.

Swimming - Nick and Ben want to take down Elise. Nick is first to arrive to a scene with many deaths. Ben and Audrey are thought to be responsible for an accident.

Driveby - Ben is on surveillance. Ben and Audrey have to face the consequences of the accident.  The whole squad ends up in the middle of a gang war.

Fishbowl - Ben has to face the consequences of his action. The team is surprised to see a familiar face. A new member joins the squad. A surprising discover is made.

Labour Day - Arguments break out on a trip to a cottage.  Ben gets the call he's been dreading.

Flowers - Nick comes to a decision in the midst of chaos. Dulac loses his temper.

Sons - Ben must face the music. Nick's romance hits some bumps. Dulac takes things too far.

Wake - Ben''s issues are revealed to everyone, and Nick has his own problems. Dulac is getting is more trouble.

Tomorrow - Things get crazy during the full moon.  There is unexpected news, and the squad tries to avoid a tragedy in this exciting series finale.

This is such a great series. It's filled with edge of your seat action, and Ben and Nick both make for some nice eye candy as well! I'm sad to see this series come to an end. If you'd like to grab a copy of this fantastic DVD set, it is available on Acorn Media for only $49.99. You can also find it on amazon.
