Line of Duty, Series 4

As the hit BBC police drama continues, DCI Roz Huntley (Thandie Newton, Westworld) is suspected of deliberately ignoring key evidence to close a career-defining case. Called in to investigate, AC-12's Superintendent Hastings places DS Kate Fleming undercover inside Roz's team, while DS Steve Arnott applies pressure from the outside. As suspicions mount, AC-12 comes under threat. 6 episodes, 400 minutes, 2 DVDs, SDH. Mature audiences.

My Thoughts

This is a series that is filled with plot twists and surprises, and each episode ends in a cliff hanger. Series 4 picks up with more police corruption. There are six gripping episodes in this unforgettable season.

1- Roz has been tracking a serial killer for months and is under pressure to close the case. But when they finally arrest someone (Farmer), their are doubts about his guilt.

2 - The team is working on Operation Trapdoor to try to prove Farmer's innocence. It's going well until their informant vanishes.

3-  The ream finds evidence that may clear Farmer. Steve asks Roz's husband to prove where he was when Tim Infield went missing.

4- Nick interrogates Roz's husband, but new evidence points the finger at Roz. Luckily Roz has a plan.

5- Roz's husband is having doubts about her. A cold case makes things look even worse for Roz.

6- The team is sure that Roz is guilty, but they are getting closer to solving Infield's murder and it could prove there is more corruption in the force.

Overall, this was an awesome series. The action level is constant and there's never a dull moment. If you want to get the advantage of a full set of amazing  stories that will leave you on the edge of your seat, than this is the box set for you. You can order Line of Duty Series 4 for only $39.99 at Acorn Media. It's also available on Amazon.
