Just Dance 2016 is the latest game from the Just
Dance franchise, which has won four Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards for
favorite videogame and focuses on getting the players up and dancing
along to their favorite music. Just Dance 2016
has 40+ of the top hits and favorite tracks like “Blame” by Calvin
Harris ft. John Newman and “Uptown Funk” by Marc Ronson ft. Bruno Mars
and “Want To Want Me” by Jason Derulo.
My Thoughts
I am very particular about the video games I let my kids play. I have zero tolerance for blood and violence. I also like games that keep kids moving. The XBox One is my favorite game system because it encourages interactive play. Its more than just sitting on your butt pushing buttons. You have to actually get up and be a part of the game. Just Dance 2016 is a new game from Ubisoft that is just the type of game I am always on the look out for. It includes chart topping hits from artists like Demi Lovato and Lady Gaga. This game really gets kids moving with tons of songs the whole family can enjoy.
Just Dance 2016 is rated E 10+ because some of the dances are a little challenging for younger kids. My oldest daughter is almost fifteen, and she had a great time dancing along to all her favorite songs. But even my youngest child, who is only four, had fun dancing beside her. I also had a great time joining in, although the kids are much better dancers and totally kicked my butt. The game offers full tracks, no annoying partials and has lots of fun features like the dance quest mode and the world video challenge . You can play with up to four players so it's a great choice for family game night. The song list includes hits like:

The only issue we had with the game was the free app for smartphone. We only have two controllers so we tried using our phones, but the app did not work for us at all. There is no connection between our phone and the Xbox One system. Aside from that one little glitch, everything has been perfect.
