One of my favorite subscription boxes has joined forces with classic horror magazine Rue Morgue to bring you the Horror Block Film Festival. If you're an inspiring film maker, this could be your chance to shine.
Anyone with an active Horror Block subscription can enter - no submission fee. You just need to be an active subscriber. To enter the competition, all you have to do is create a short film, ten minutes or less. Then upload it and share it. Later, get your friends and family to vote for you as their favorite. Whoever has the most votes at the end will be the winner. $20,000 in cash prizes are being awarded - $10,000 goes to the first place winner.
Deadline for submissions is 3/16/2015, so hurry and get started on your masterpiece. For full rules and further details, visit the Horror Block website.
