Seriously Waterproof Kid's Footwear for Fall from Bogs Footwear

It's that time of year again…brisk fall weather and wet weather are here! Bogs Footwear has some great new kid's styles to consider. Their beloved rain and snow boots are new for Fall in lots of new colors and prints and they have introduced some great waterproof leather styles. Here are a few of my favorites.

Kids' Lightweight RAIN BOOTS
A premiere puddle-stomper, the 100% waterproof Rainboot Stripe storms sidewalks and playgrounds with a sure-footed outsole and a moisture-and-odor-banishing foot bed that keeps feet dry and fresh for unending outdoor play.

Kids NW 23rd Mid
Let your kids rule the school in sporty shoe that they can pull on without your help. The 100% waterproof breathable upper and cushioning Rebound technology lets them chase down the ball, their playmates, and their active imagination all day long.

Kids' BOGA Waterproof Boots
The Boga Boot is primed to get outside or curl up for a board game by the fire. The waterproof suede upper with a soft fleece lining, Rebound cushioning keep feet warm, dry and comfy as a slipper all winter long.

 My Thoughts

Picking out shoes for my three year old is never easy. I used to buy the sneakers with cartoon character designs, but they rarely last longer than a month. I also have issues with Velcro. The fur from our dog gets stuck to it and wears it out in no time at all. But for little ones who can't tie yet, it was a must. Luckily, Bogs has a much better option. We tried out the Bogs Kids NW 23rd Mid and they are just awesome. They offer style, comfort, and durability all in one package.

We've been using these shoes for just about three weeks, and so far, my son loves them. They are great for lazy days at home, but can also stand up to hikes on the nature trail or the beach.  Because they're waterproof, he can even hop around in puddles without doing any damage. They are true to size and fit perfectly on his feet. One of the things I really loved were the laces which are designed with a pull on handle so you don't have to worry about them coming untied--a much better choice than Velcro.

The shoes we got are blue and black which works with just about any active wear.  The thick rubber soles have excellent grip. He never slips, never leaves marks behind on our tile floors, and his feet never get tired when he's running around. These hiking boots are made for our type of active lifestyle, and I couldn't be happier with them.
