My Thoughts
Getting kids to eat vegetables is always a struggle. I thought it would get easier as they got older, but my thirteen-year-old is just as stubborn as the two-year-old when it comes to getting her to eat anything green or healthy.  The Garden Lites Veggie Muffins are the perfect way to sneak some wholesome vegetables into their meal without them knowing because these yummy muffins taste so good you'll never know they're also good for you.

We received a few packages of Veggie Muffins in various flavors and they were a bigger hit than I could've possibly imagined. Each muffin comes in tasty flavors like blueberry or chocolate chip banana, but in addition to the fruits and chocolate, there also contain a serving of vegetables, not to mention a healthy helping of fiber. They're even gluten free!

My kids absolutely loved the muffins. They are packed with flavor and you'd never know the veggies were there.  I also love the convenience of the Veggie Muffins. You can let them sit out to thaw for a on-the-go snack or toss one in the microwave for 30 seconds and they're ready to go. They make giving kids a healthy breakfast fast and easy.

The Cheddar Broccoli Bakes were another tasty treat that I really enjoyed. They are great as a stand alone lunch or a main course for dinner. Just toss them in the microwave for a few minutes, and you will have a ready made meal. It comes out just right every time. It's never frozen in the center or burnt on the edges. The broccoli is mixed with rich whole grains, making it almost like a veggie pie. The coating of oozy cheese gives it just enough flavor. You get a portion of grains and veggies and even a little dairy in one delicious package. Garden Lites really is the perfect way to get the most out of  all your meals.

This would be good as a way to get kids to eat their veggies. And adults, too, for that matter!
