Celebrate the Big Game with Bob Evans!

When I was growing up, Bob Evans was practically a member of the family. Every Saturday he showed up for breakfast when we had eggs and sausage. And of course, my Italian grandmother had him over every Sunday to go along with our pasta. Today, I still use Bob Evans products quite frequently. One of my favorites are their Sausage and Egg Breakfast Wraps. But did you know there is more to Bob Evans than just his big, juicy breakfast sausages. You can use Bob Evans products to create tons of tasty meals. For example, their sausage is the perfect way to add a little something extra to your chili. And what better way to sit back and enjoy the Super Bowl that with a big bowl of piping hot chili!

In celebration of the upcoming Super Bowl, Bob Evans sent my family an amazing Game Day Kit that gives us everything we need to make this one game one that we will never forget, no matter who wins. The kit included two rolls of sausage, two adorable football shaped bowls, and a slow cooker. We picked out a recipe for Easy Sausage Chili on the Bob Evans website, and it really was quick and simple. Its not too spicy, but has tons of flavor.  My children and my husband loved it, and we can't wait to serve it up when we have a few friends over for the Super Bowl. Here is the recipe if you want to give it a try.
