Costa Farms Review & Giveaway (3 Winners)

Nature is a big part of my life and I love to be surrounded by it. Whether its indoors or outdoors, its important for me to have a flourishing garden. At Costa Farms, you can find dozens of beautiful and exotic plants that are perfect for outdoor gardens or interior decor. For my review, I received several different types of plants. I was actually amazed when two HUGE boxes showed up at my door filled with greenery. The first package I unwrapped contained one of their Lucky Bamboo plants, which is now a permanent fixture in my bedroom. Despite its name, the Lucky Bamboo is actually a Dracaena plant, which is recommended for Fen Shui. It comes in a beautiful planter filled with decorative rocks.  While it does need water frequently, it is fairly easy to maintain and perfect for houses or apartments with limited space.

Our next surprise was a gigantic Boston Fern.  This one is perfect for hanging both indoors and outdoors. Ours is on the front porch, and it looks wonderful hanging beside the swing. It has full leaves and a really lush and vibrant look.  This particular type of fern can survive in high humidity so its the perfect plant for summer weather. But when things start to turn cold, we can bring it inside and it will do just as well in there.






Finally, I received a variety of Air Purifying Plants including Zamioculcas, Anthurium, and Spathiphyllum. These plants are unique because they are more than just a pretty piece of live decor. They actually help to cleanse the air. These plants put out a higher level of  oxygen which will make your home more breathable.  They come from either a tropical or other warm environment so they work best inside the house, but are very hardy and with proper watering and feeding, they can flower all year.
