My Thoughts 

Probiotics have been in the know for a few years now and have only become more popular. From supplements to probiotic foods that encourage good healthy gut bacteria, everyone knows that probiotics are something that should be added to everyone's daily lifestyle. Probiotics help with gut bacteria (getting rid of the bad and encouraging the good), while also healing the gut from any bad foods eaten previously or currently. Our Thoughts

Probiotics are great to take whether you're a baby, kid or adult. With how our diets are today, it's important to keep proper gut flora in check so we can stay at our optimum  health. Babies can't swallow pills obviously, so drops are a great alternative! The fact they're GMO free is a huge plus, and being vegan and vegetarian they are safe for any particular lifestyle-diet plan!

I like to give my son a few drops a day (five a day is recommended on the package) as it's just good practice, but when I started these drops my son was in the middle of a cold that he'd had for just over a week. Within two days of giving him the probiotic drops he was completely fine. Not that these are miracle drops, but our gut health is directly related to our overall health so I know it definitely helped my son get over the sniffles he had!

It says to give the drops while at the breast or bottle, but with my son being used to disolvable teething tablets he just opens wide when I ask him if he's ready for his "medicine" so I dropped five drops on his tongue once a day and it was easy as pie. Very easy to give!

Our Thoughts

In our day and age, and especially our culture, we eat many horrible foods for our bodies. Our gut health is the most important thing for our health and we destroy it by what we consume. It's of the utmost importance to at least balance out the good and bad bacteria in our bodies with healthy probiotics if there is going to be a lot of bad eating. Also, it's good to take probiotics anyway because of how powerful they are in assisting our immune system and proper digestion.

I have tried quite a few different brands of probiotics and I've found to love them all. Some are definitely more potent than others and I found that Ultimate Flora Probiotics was one of the brands that really had an immediate affect on me. The first few days I could tell that my bodily systems were having some changes going on, some "clearing out" if you will...And a backlash to candida overgrowth because of how quickly it was killing off the bad bacteria. After a few days the side effects evened out and now there is a noticeable difference in how I feel after I eat certain foods that upset my stomach usually, they don't anymore because I am able to properly digest them.
