“Garfield and Friends: Season 2”  includes remastered episodes from the lovable feline Garfield and his best friends. In this fun-filled DVD, Garfield falls asleep for 20 years in the episode  Rip Van Kitty . He awakens and finds a very strange future! Other hilarious tales include Garfield’s owner Jon, who tries to get away to New York, but finds his clever cat has stowed-away in his suitcase. Next, Garfield takes a trip to ancient Egypt while visiting a museum – in his dreams. This DVD also includes episode shorts titled  U.S. Acres. 

These hilarious episodes follow a group of barnyard animals led by a clever pig named Orson. This DVD has more than 10 hours of entertainment. 

My Thoughts

If anything will get you in a nostalgic mood, it's Garfield and his friends. I grew up watching this lasagna loving cat, and I'm thrilled to be able to share his zany adventures with my own children. This DVD includes twenty of Garfield's best episodes including:

This DVD set brings us all these different shows, which are many of the ones I remember seeing on Saturday morning when I was a kid. Along with Garfield, you'll find Odie, John and all their neighborhood friends. There are ten hours worth of laughs in each package.  Both of these shows were a wonderful treat for my family. I am so glad to see this classic is still around for another generation to enjoy.
