Crispy Green, the #1 Freeze-Dried Fruit Snack Brand, Gets Spectacular New Makeover!

The leading freeze-dried fruit snack in the nation just got a new look, designed to get your attention and better reflect its wholesome, single ingredient – 100% fruit!  The bold brand color palette and added “focus on fruit” was a collaborative design effort by Crispy Green’s brand and packaging design firms, Fastlane Communications, LLC and Foerstel Design, LLC.

The brand makeover includes a new logo, logo icon, typography and photography treatments, primary and secondary color palette and supporting messaging platform to support its active, healthy lifestyle positioning.

The new brand launch also includes a completely redesigned website (www.crispygreen.com). Consumers will now be able to zero in on the information they seek – quickly and easily. For example, they’ll be able to find a store in their area that sells Crispy Fruit and instantly discover which items are in stock through the state-of-the-art store locator.

Crispy Green’s new packaging will be rolling out in stores throughout June and beyond as it replenishes orders in over 5000 retail stores that currently carry Crispy Green today.

The new branded “healthy living line-up” better reflects the product quality, taste and healthy energy vibe that has made the Crispy Green brand the #1 freeze-dried fruit snack in the U.S., according to six-month Nielsen data, ending 12/31/17.

To further amplify its brand evolution, Crispy Green continues to grow its targeted advertising, mobile and digital content marketing programs as well as its brand ambassador and influencer relationships, which are further enhanced through the company’s robust social media activities. This includes continual development and promotion of its consumer food trend, thought leadership and healthy lifestyle website, Smart Lifebites, which provides fun, nutrition and fitness tips, along with yummy recipes and other small “bites” of information viewers can use to make healthier choices.

My Thoughts:


With summer here I'm always looking for healthy snacks. In my area all the shops and restaurants are booming with greasy and sugary foods and desserts. It makes it more difficult to avoid temptation. Crispy Green makes it easy to ensure my fruit intake is consistent. I can enjoy these on the go, at home, or while working.

Pictured is some of my favorites from the line. Apple, banana, pear, and tangerine. The flavor was the most surprising. I wasn't expecting for it to be as flavorful as they were but it tasted perfectly pure! The best part was the nice crisp bite. Nothing was too hard like other dried fruit I've tried in the past. These tasted completely natural and normal as if I was eating a fruit from the health food store.

If you're looking for a fun and easy way to get your fruit in I'd highly recommend Crispy Greens line of snacks! The only critique I have is that I wish the bag had a ziplock top. Other than that,  I absolutely adored them and am looking forward to keeping these in my routine.
