My Thoughts

Pet Cakes are such a good idea! There have been so many times that I wanted to let my pets take part in a celebration. They look up at us plaintively as we all gobble birthday cake or celebrate Thanksgiving. But we all know table food can be dangerous and can make our pets sick. Pet Cakes has resolved this issue by creating delicious cake mixes just for dogs and cats!

I'm terrible at baking. I wasn't sure I'd be any better at baking for my dog than I am at baking for the kids. Luckily, Pet Cakes makes it easy. You only have to add a few ingredients, mix well, and stick the mold the microwave.  You can even get adorable bone shaped trays to cook them in. In just a few minutes, your ready-made treats will be done. The molds are made from silicone so they slide out easily, and there is no messy clean-up.

My dog, Millie, just loved her pet cakes. She gobbled them right up, and now we feel like she can be included in all our family gatherings. We can't wait until her birthday so we can make her a little cake complete with candles and icing!

If you'd like to try Pet Cakes, they are available in stores nationwide. Also be on the lookout for their frozen treats in the freezer section. These tasty, fresh-baked treats are the perfect gift for your four-legged friends this holiday season.
