This is an exciting week! The long awaited film, Gifted, is hitting select theaters on April 7. This film is a touching, family-friendly movie that will touch you to the very core of your being.I haven't gotten to see the film yet since the screenings weren't available in my local area, but I'll definitely be looking for it once it officially releases later this week. In the meantime, I got to enjoy some adorable promo items to get me in the mood.
Included in the promo items for Gifts are branded lunch boxes, pens, calculators, and the cutest little key chain of a one-eyed cat named Fred. That little cat alone makes me want to see what this film is all about! If you haven't heard about it yet, checkout the synopsis and trailer below.
Frank Adler (Chris Evans) is a single man raising a child prodigy - his spirited young niece Mary (Mckenna Grace) - in a coastal town in Florida. Frank's plans for a normal school life for Mary are foiled when the seven-year-old’s mathematical abilities come to the attention of Frank’s formidable mother Evelyn (Lindsay Duncan) whose plans for her granddaughter threaten to separate Frank and Mary. Octavia Spencer plays Roberta, Frank and Mary’s landlady and best friend. Jenny Slate is Mary’s teacher, Bonnie, a young woman whose concern for her student develops into a connection with her uncle as well.
