ZippySack, A Fun New Way for Kids to Make their Beds - #Giveaway

Fun facts about making your bed in the morning (according to a study in Psychology Today):

·     71% of bed makers consider themselves happy while 62% of non-bed makers admit to being unhappy.
·      Bed makers are more likely to like their jobs, own a home, exercise regularly, and feel well rested, whereas non-bed-makers hate their jobs, rent apartments, avoid the gym, and wake up tired.
·     All in all, bed makers are happier and more successful than their peers.
With that in mind, I’d love to introduce you to a new product that is helping to teach children the responsibility of making their bed each day at an early age, while making bedtime fun. It’s hard to hold kids accountable for completing the bed-making task when really there is an art to perfecting it that most adults have problems with.  But, with ZippySack, a new, innovative line of kid-friendly zippered fleece blankets that allows kids to easily and creatively transform their bed into a cuddly friend, a simple ‘flip and zip’ makes a neat and clean bed in a synch and helps foster an early appreciation for household responsibility. Each ZippySack comes complete with a secret side pocket for bonus storage. Choose from four fun animal themed prints including Panda, Dino, Kitty and Puppy.  Ages 4+, available in Twin ($29.99) and Full ($39.99) sizes (Walgreens, Walmart, Bed Bath and Beyond, and Toys R US).

ZippySack is simple and easy to use, it fits snug on a bed just like a regular sheet.  Solving one of the most common childhood sleep-time complaints, regular covers that fall off or untuck during bedtime, ZippySack keeps children warm and bundled under covers that stay in place throughout the night.
  • Soft Fleece Fabric = Cozy Throughout All Seasons
  • Snuggly and Safe
  • Cool, Hip & Fashionable
  • Strong Elastic Corners Keeps Sheet In Place
  • Machine Washable
  • Fosters sense of accomplishment

My Thoughts

I've had my eye on the ZippySack for a while now, so I was super excited to get one to review. My daughter has been asking for one, so we went with the pink kitten. The ZippySack is made from the softest fleece. It's incredible cozy and wonderful to snuggle up with on a cold night, but what my daughter loves the most is the adorable design. The kitty is just so cute, and the pink fleece with the cheetah pattern is very stylish and trendy. Its so much fun for her to get under the covers and wiggle and make it look like the cat is moving.

What mom likes best about the ZippSack is how easy it is to make the bed now. My daughter is on the bottom of the bunk beds in her room, and making her bed has always been a hassle. ZippySack makes it so much easier. It fits over the mattress like a fitted sheet, and when its time to make the bed, you just zip it up the sides, and toss the cat's head over the pillow. In seconds, the bed is made, and it looks beautiful. There are no wrinkles or struggling to get the corners just right. My daughter is only five, but she can make the bed independantly with ZippySack.

I found the ZippySack to be very well made. There were no rips or tears and all the seams and stitches are very tight. The zipper works well and never snags. It also held up well after being cleaned and was still just as soft and fluffy after being washed and tumble dried.  Overall, a high quality bedding set for an affordable price. I'm very happy with it, and plan to get a few more for my other children.
