Technology is great, but for those of us who don't understand the inner workings of our devices, it can be very frustrating. A little over a year ago, my husband made the mistake of leaving his laptop in the path of our rampaging toddler. The result? A cracked scene, and even worse, some sort of damage that occurred on the inside of the computer. The screen came up as a big blur. So not only was the screen cracked, we couldn't access anything inside of it.
Screen before repairs-this is turned on |
The loss of this laptop was devastating to us because we had stored a ton of pictures and videos of our children on there. Being even less tech-savvy than I am, he had never backed them up. With limited resources in our area, we couldn't find anyone who was able to repair it locally. We tried the big retailer where we purchased it, but because the warranty was up, they were going to charge us more to repair it then a new one would cost. So for the last year, the laptop gathered dust under my husband's desk. So many times we almost tossed it out, but knowing those memories were stored on there always stopped us. I'm so glad we saved it, because when we discovered Techy, we were finally able to get the laptop repaired.
Techy is an amazing service that can repair your broken laptops. For as little as $50, you can get your laptop back in working order. Accomplishing this is quick and simple. The technicians at Techy were very helpful, and never lost patience with my less-than accurate terminology for what was going on with our computer. I'm sure my "squiggly line" description of what I saw when I turned on the monitor wasn't the most precise way to describe it, but they worked with me. Once they had the laptop, the turnaround time was excellent. I had my computer back in three days, fully functional and looking brand new! The best part--We were able to get back all the pictures and videos we thought were lost forever. You can't put a price tag on that.
Videos we thought were lost |
In addition to repairing laptops, Techy is able to fix many other types of devices as well. My daughter's cellphone has some "squiggly lines" on her screen, and I'm in talks with them now to repair this as well. I was so happy with their service, I will be keeping them bookmarked so I can use them anytime I need repairs made on our gadgets. With friendly, quick service and fantastic results, Techy is the way to go for all your repairs needs.
