They have a light lemon flavor and are nice and crunchy.
In addition to the cookies, there were delicious brownies and scrumptious lemon bars, each in a package of four. The brownies were my favorite. They are so rich, moist, and chocolatey, they leave your mouth watering. However, the lemon bars are also pretty tasty, and not quite as sweet. Both are a wonderful evening indulgence, especially alongside a cup of tea.
