Celebrate Mom with the Gift of Walkers Shortbread

Celebrate mom this Mother’s Day with the gift of Walkers Shortbread. In 1898, ‘The World’s Finest Shortbread’ was developed by Joseph Walker with a little help from his mother’s shortbread recipe—butter, flour, sugar and salt. Today, this recipe is still used and Walkers gives families the same, delicious buttery taste.
My Thoughts
Walkers Shortbread are so very tasty, that it's hard to stop after you eat one. They're made using only four simple ingredients:  Wheat flour, Butter, Sugar and Salt.  They aren't too big, but just the right size to toss one in your mouth.  Moms and kids alike are sure to love them and all their rich buttery goodness. They compliment coffee, tea, or a simple glass of milk.  The best part is that you don't have to go through the hassle of baking them  yourself.

With Walkers Shortbread, you get all the quality you'd find in homemade cookies, without the mess.  In fact, these taste much better than anything I could whip up myself.   They are great to toss in a gift basket for mom or they would make a wonderful stand-alone gift as well. You can even use them as finger foods for guests when they stop in to visit on the big day. No matter how you use them, everyone who tries Walkers Shortbread is sure to love then. I've never tasted shortbread cookies. They sound pretty good. I'm going to bite my tongue here, not go on and comment too much to where I just say the same things each day. Anyways, I would try these.

Oh, these are good. I haven't had them in a while. I need to pick some up & use them in a banana pudding like my Grandma used to sometimes.
