Review and Giveaway: Stop Smoking with Quit Tea

Nearly 1 in 5 American adults smokes, and this habit often continues -- usually with much shame and embarrassment -- into the parenting years. Children whose parents smoke are twice as likely to take up the habit themselves in their teen or young adult years, perpetuating the habit. Isn't it time to tackle the habit loop and quit smoking for good?

For the month of November, Quit Tea -- an all-natural herbal tea formulated to support quitting smoking naturally. Great American Smokeout begins on November 20.  Rather than taking just one day to stop smoking, Quit Tea's giveaway includes 2 boxes of Quit Tea (a 30-day supply) along with a travel mug and the book Quit Smoking With Herbal Tea, to support people who'd like to quit smoking for 30 days, or even for good, naturally.

Our Thoughts

As someone who has smoked off and on since the age of 14, at 31 and two kids later, it's time to stop. The problem is, I keep going back. Boredom is my trigger. When I'm bored I want a cigarette. Trying to figure out another and healthier habit has been difficult to say the least.

Enter Quit Tea. I love tea, and herbal tea is even better! I love that you replace this tea with smoking! One tea a day, or anytime you have a craving and you can easily start a new habit that is good for you, and tastes amazing. Specialized to help improve lung health, and reduce stress you can curb your cravings. It also helps curb the hunger that is associated with quitting smoking. Only a few days in and I can already tell a difference. I really am finding myself choosing tea over a smoke.

Help us celebrate month of November as a 30-day stop smoking naturally challenge, based around the 1-day Great American Smokeout! Now is the time. Join us in the challenge to stop smoking for good!

I have quit once before, when I was pregnant with my daughter, and did very well for quite some time. I think with just a little help, I could do it again!

This gift is for my husband, actually: He sneaks a smoke whenever he's out, but I know and it worries me, smoking is not good.

Replacing a cigarette with tea seems like a really good idea and definately worth a try! Exchanging one habit for a better habit is a great way to change.

This is a great idea to quit smoking as I have smoked since I was 12 years old and I am now 44. For my grand children I would quit with this for them.

The Quit Tea would be perfect to help me quit as it relaxes me as I sip the Quit Tea slowly. Quit Tea causes a peaceful drowsiness to wash over me which I find is quite relaxing.

I have only ever quit smoking for any amount of time when I was pregnant with each of my 3 boys. Unfortunately, after having them I went back to the habit. I am now ready and willing to quit for good! I have terrible issues with cravings, wanting to eat, and anxiety/stress when I try to quit. I also adore tea. For those reasons, I think Quit Tea would be perfect to help me quit smoking once and for all!

I would like to try, I love tea of any kind mostly. I have quit before for over a year once, I am short of breath lately and would like to give it up entirely. I really only smoke on weekends now but to not smoke at all would be wonderful.

Sounds like a good thing to replace smoking.

I actually love tea and I drink more as it gets colder and I smoke outside, again - the warm tea would help encourage no smoking.

because I love tea

When I was younger I was taught that a winner never quits, and a quitter never wins. See the link below for more info.
