My Thoughts

I definitely have a new addiction. I've always loved biscottis. They've been a tradition in my Italian family for generations. I've tried dozens of varieties from store bought to home baked, but I don't think I've never had a biscotti as good as the varieties I tried from Marlo's Bake Shop. These artisan cookies are an indulgence worth giving into. I tried all three flavors of the soft-baked biscottis and they were all amazing.

 The originals are loaded with dark chocolate chips, chocolate covered raisins, and toasted walnuts. They are delicious on their own or dipped in coffee. 

The Midnight soft-basked biscotti were my favorite. If a regular biscotti and a dark chocolate brownie had a baby, this would be it. It's the perfect merger, not too sweet and just a little crunchy. I'm totally in love.

The Banana Bread biscotti are so delicious, you'll have a hard time believing they're gluten free. They have all the flavor of a loaf of banana bread in a unique single serve portion.

Of course, what makes Marlo's biscotti unique is the fact they they are soft-baked. So they taste like a biscotti, but you won't break a tooth trying to bite into one.  My great-aunt is 93, and biscottis are her favorite cookies, but she hasn't been able to eat them for years because they were too hard for her. Thanks to Marlo's Bake Shop, she was able to enjoy a biscotti again, and she agreed that these were one of the best she ever tried.
