OrangeGlad was one of my favorite dessert subscription boxes, so I was excited to try them out again this month. The May box was no less delectable than the April box, and if anything, I'm even more addicted to this service than I was before. Every month has been amazing, but this month's sweets were the perfect summer refreshments.
First off, we have the Salted Caramel Cream Cookie from The Cravory. I've had their cookies before and they are some of the THE BEST I've ever tasted. They are huge, always super fresh and chewy, and come in a variety of tasty flavors.
Next up were Rip Van Wafels. They are like a cookies and a waffle in one. They have all the great taste you'd expect from a Belgium waffle, but with a crispy cookie crunch.
Fine Sconehedge Baking Company had a brownie in last month's box. This time around it was a lemon bar that was like taking a bite of sunshine. This was so delicious I found it hard to believe it really had no gluten. This was my favorite from this month's selections. Love the name of the company too! Very unique gourmet dessert gift!
Lily's Bakery Shop brings up the Hamantashen which is a Yiddish cookie filled with fruity jelly. They are normally eaten during the Jewish holiday or Purim. It's nice to try a cookie with some history behind it!
Last but certainly not least, we have Cheryl's Butter-cream Cookie. This are almost too pretty to eat, and they do taste as good as they look!
I loved every single one of the treats in this month's box. I also love how they include a little insert with info on all the companies so you can order more of your favorites.
