My Thoughts

The Sam Villa Textur Iron is a unique beauty accessory and a lot of fun to work with. My teenage daughter is a little diva who loves to style her hair every morning. Her tresses are pretty long, hanging down to around the center of her back, and it has a light wave to it. However, it's also very fine--a trait she inherited from me. The texturing iron helps to add volume to her hair, making it appear fuller and healthier.

BEFORE

This is our before picture. You can see that it looked a little straggly, especially around the ends.  That all changed as soon as she used the texture iron. First, it's very simple to use. It heats up in just seconds and you can choose between a variety of temperature settings depending on your hair type. We used the 375 degree option since my daughter has fine hair that isn't color treated. It works pretty much the same as a flat iron. Just gather a section a hair and run it through the iron. The difference is, instead of flattening hair out, it actually gives it new life, making it appear thicker and more lustrous in just minutes.

AFTER

It took me about twenty minutes to finish up my daughter's hair, and the results were amazing. The picture really doesn't do it justice. It looked twice as thick once we were finished. It was like she had twice as much hair. In addition, it also appeared more vibrant. There were no more messy ends or out of control fly aways. It was just much more manageable and way easier to style.

I love the Textur iron because it's quick, convenient, and provided amazing results. Even in the hustle and bustle of the busy school days, my daughter is able to get her hair styled just the way she likes it without a lot of hassle. When we're finished, the iron cools off in minutes so I don't have to worry about her toddler siblings getting burned if she forgets to put it away.
