Win a Thomas & Friends Room Makeover from Buddy Fruits!





Thomas & Friends® continues to promote a healthy track for kids as HIT Entertainment, one of the world’s leading preschool entertainment companies and a division of Fisher-Price, partners with Buddy Fruits, the U.S. pioneer of the squeezable fruit pouch that is committed to delivering families a nutritious alternative to unhealthy foods. The cross-promotion, which features several Thomas & Friends®-branded Buddy Fruits products as well as a sweepstakes that gives fans the chance to win the ultimate Thomas & Friends experience, will commence on March 1st and run through May 31st

The Buddy Fruits line will feature Thomas & Friends artwork along with information about the sweepstakes that will grant two lucky grand prize winners a Thomas & Friends total room makeover, with an approximate value of $2000 each.  Each week of the promotion, consumers will also have the opportunity to win one of two family four-packs of tickets to the popular Day Out with Thomas live event tour. Day Out with Thomas: The Thrill of the Ride Tour 2014 is a fun-filled event that provides children of all ages the opportunity to climb aboard and take a ride with Thomas as well as participate in Thomas & Friends themed activities. The tour, now in its 19th year, will make stops in 42 cities and is expected to welcome nearly one million passengers in 2014. 


The Thomas & Friends Buddy Fruits partnership will be promoted with a digital campaign, and across Buddy Fruits’ social media platforms and the homepage of their web site, and on the Thomas & Friends Facebook page and website. In addition, the promotion will be featured on Buddy Fruits retail displays and packaging for its blended fruits and smoothies.  Buddy Fruits will sample products at 40 Day Out with Thomas events across the United States in 2014. 

Starting March 1, consumers can enter the sweepstakes by visiting the Buddy Fruits Facebook Page at facebook.com/buddyfruits. After consumers enter the promotion, they will be able to download a coupon for a $2.00 discount for any in-store purchase of the Thomas & Friends: Spills & Thrills DVD, to be released on March 4 from HIT Entertainment and Lionsgate.  




My Thoughts 

I love that two of my kids' favorite things have joined forces. When it comes to television shows, Thomas the Train is one of their favorites. As soon as they wake up in the morning, they have Thomas on the television and all their train tracks strewn across the living room floor.  If they're looking for a healthy snack to enjoy while they watch or play, they always reach for their Buddy Fruits.  These fun fruit pouches come in a variety of flavors and are made using only organic fruits. Unlike some of the other pouch snacks out there, these don't taste like baby food. They're packed with flavor and even my older kids love them. Buddy Fruits are also great for when you're on the go because the convenient pouches are shelf stable and mess free.
