A long time ago (when I was married), I left a note for my husband to meet me at the casino....I said to look for the girl with the sign. I waited outside with a sign that said "Looking for my perfect husband" or something. Anyway, he walked up and saw me and smiled so big. It was pretty cool.

I enjoyed getting all of the silly cartoon valentines from each student when I was in grade school.

Having dinner out with my hubby is a luxury we rarely enjoy, so I look forward to it. Last Valentines day we went to a Greek Restaurant, very unique.

When I was younger I went on a blind date for Valentines Day.
I was wearing a white sweater.
The place was extremely noisy, so I leaned in over the table so I could hear my date not realizing that my boob landed in the gravy!
This guy was furious at me as I jumped up to run to the ladies room to clean myself up...I think he was the boob.

When I was 12 years old, I saved up money from I have no idea where so that I could surprise my mom with home delivery of a single red rose on V-day. We were downtown shopping in a friend's store and she was busy talking to that friend. I asked her if I could run next door to the florist to look at their stuffed animals and she absently nodded. I ran over there and made my arrangements. The look on her face on V-day to this day is one of my favorite memories. I was so proud and she was so happy. It was the 1st v-day after my parents split up, so it was special.
