Spring is peak season for baby showers, and
expectant mommies deserve simple, healthy skin care to pamper their
little ones. When gifting for a shower, you can take stress off the
mother’s mind by stocking her nursery with safe,
gentle and effective baby products she can trust – From wipes and baby
cream for the changing table, to washes and bubble bath for the tub.
One exceptional brand to consider is Baby Sebamed, a top dermatologist-developed skin care brand with gentle,
clinically proven formulations all balanced at pH 5.5, the ideal pH for
babies’ skin.
Built on 30 years of research and made especially for sensitive,
delicate and even problematic skin (including those who suffer from baby
acne, cradle cap and eczema), Sebamed formulas are hypoallergenic and
tear, soap, gluten and alkali free. They are tested
and approved by moms and dermatologists, and can be used on newborns
through to toddlers. For a complete package, pair these gifts with a
soft baby towel or infant tub and sponge.

and the herbal extract chamomile soothes irritated skin, particularly
in unusual areas of contact chafing (elbow, knees, etc.). This cream
prevents and treats nappy rash dermatitis and stimulates skin’s healing.

environmental toxins and protects baby’s face and hands.
Baby Sebamed Baby Lotion ($12.99, SebamedUSA.com): This all-over

natural moisture balance of a baby’s skin at pH 5.5.
Baby Sebamed Children’s Shampoo ($12.99, Walgreens, SebamedUSA.com):
This gentle cleansing shampoo

skin.
Baby Sebamed Baby Bubble Bath ($12.99, SebamedUSA.com):
Mild enough
for everyday use, this tear-free bubble bath naturally softens the skin
with extracts of chamomile for healthy, huggable skin. It does NOT use
harsh bubbling agents, which can dry the skin. Instead, the formula’s
plant extracts help to soothe and protect the
skin against irritation.
Baby Sebamed Baby Wash, Extra Soft
($12.99, Walgreens, SebamedUSA.com): Unlike traditional soap,
which has a pH of 9 and dries out baby’s skin, this cleansing wash’s
ultra mild emollient formula supports the moisture balance of baby’s
skin at the perfect pH 5.5. Gentle enough to use every
day, this moisturizing cleanser softens and soothes tokeep even the
most sensitive baby skin at its huggable, healthy best.
My Thoughts
Baby Sebamed is different than other baby skincare and haircare products because they do more they simply cleanse and moisturize. They are also protect a new's baby's delicate skin. Created with a special PH balance, Baby Sebemed provides a barrier of protection to prevent irritation from the elements.
My kids aren't newborns anymore, but they do have sensitive skin, so I was excited to try out Baby Sebamed shampoo. It's a gentle formula free of parabens and phthalates. It's also tear free and won't burn their eyes. It creates a nice lather and hair comes out shiny and tangle free, but it also helped to improve my daughter's dry and itchy scalp. I noticed a marked decrease in dandruff after only a few days of using this product. I'm definitely happy with the results and look forward to trying some other products in the line.
