Always wanting to try the supplements, it was fun to try multiple from Coromega! The first item I opened from the box was the Kids Omega3 Squeeze.

The box says the kids can take it straight OR to mix it in with yogurt or something along those lines. My advice is to definitely mix it in something! My poor kids, they thought it tasted ok at first but they said the aftertaste was very yucky. Even my husband tried it because he didn't believe them and the look on his face was priceless! The next time we tried it in some probiotic yogurt and some sherbert and it was fine. I love knowing their getting healthy supplements in their food!

Yea, I really do feel like a kid when taking these and I'm completely ok with that! If I don't feel like having my morning juice I'll just take a few of these DELICIOUS gummies next to my prenatals. The omega big squeeze! I actually already use the adult coremega squeezes. I don't notice an aftertaste. After using these, I did have a marked improvement in my cholesterol :-).
