Even children need a stylish look for New Year's. I'm not sure that my three-year-old will make it until midnight to see the ball drop, but we'll be spending the early evening with family friends. Because we're looking at a two hour drive each way, a really formal dress is out of the question. I wanted something a little fancy, but also comfortable.  I decided on a three piece set. It's basically a dress but has a long sleeve shirt and pants to wear underneath. It's semi-formal, but still cozy and warm for a chilly winter night.

Of course, no outfit is complete without a bow. So, I found a little bow that's black with a red button in the center to use in her hair.

Once I had all of this together, I realized something was still missing. What was it? The perfect shoes of course! I tried both our Mary Jane's and a pair of sparkly boots, but neither seemed to work  just right with this outfit.
