Could Princess
Kate’s post-pregnancy glow have something to do with her favorite
skincare ingredient from the hive, bee venom? We think so!
NEW Manuka Doctor Skincare combines the healing powers of New Zealand-sourced
Manuka Honey with bee-friendly patented Purified Bee Venom to leave skin glowing, smooth and refreshed.
The ApiNourish range harnesses the power of active natural ingredients, Purified Bee Venom and Manuka Honey, to protect and repair aging skin.
Manuka Honey’s anti-bacterial properties work to keep skin evenly toned and healthy, while
Purified Bee Venom works within the skin to deeply nourish, help
stimulate collagen growth, reduce the appearance of fine lines and
wrinkles and renew damaged skin cells. Purified Bee Venom has been
dubbed “nature’s answer to Botox” for its ability to
revive tired skin no matter what the stressor.
All products are launching now in the US and available at www.ManukaDoctor.com or Amazon.com and range from $24.40-$84.50.
My Thoughts
The wonderful folks at Manuka were generous enough to send me one their products to test. I was
able to try out the Hydrating Facial Cleanser which is purified with actual Bee Venom. The
scent is light and not overpowering. It is great for all skin types.
You can also use it in both the morning and evenings, eliminating the
need for two different cleansing products. Its a multifunctional product because it not only cleans and removes make-up, it also repairs dry skin and tightens everything up.
After only using the product a few days, I can already see a real difference in my skin. My skin tone is even, fine lines seem diminished, and I'm just glowing. It leaves your skin feeling tingly clean and its a great way to get started in the morning. The best part about it, is knowing its made with all natural ingredients. I also love that they are "bee friendly", meaning their bees live in a natural, healthy environment. I've enjoyed trying out the cleanser and I definitely want to try some of their other items in the Manuka line in the near future.
