OUR THOUGHTS:
I realized upon receiving the GreenPan that this would be a perfect Mother’s Day gift for my mother in law, since she loves to cook and especially loves non-stick cookware!  This is her review.
 
She used it all this past weekend, beginning with seasoning the pan according to directions.  She reported that her first cooking experience with the pan was with bacon and eggs, and the food stuck a little, but she felt it was due to inattention.  The pan cleaned up beautifully, and the second meal, chicken, cooked with no sticking (“it cooked like a dream”, she said!), and the third meal, ham and eggs, also did not stick.  My mother in law did note that while most of the pan did not stick, right where the pan’s handle is attached, food did stick but was easy to clean off.

She really liked the GreenPan, said it was a nice pan, it cooks evenly, cleans easily, and she has been enjoying using it over her other cookware.
