 Our Thoughts

I have taken this product for about a week now and have noticed great results. Firstly, the state of my hair and nails have always been in tatters. I dye my hair on a semi-regular basis and due to winter it’s very dry and brittle. My nails go through this cycle of getting long, and then splitting at the sides and breaking off. They are so incredibly weak that if I hit my fingernail the wrong way it will bend back to where it hurts, so I was very excited to try this product to see how it would do for my nail health. The results have been great! I’m sure if I keep taking this they will only continue to get stronger, however I’ve already noticed changes. They are actually harder than they have been, which means no more bending back and causing me pain! The cuticles and color of the nail seem to be “healthier” as well. My hair, on the other hand, is softer. It’s still brittle due to me dying it, but I have noticed a texture change to my hair which is awesome. Aside from those two benefits, the acne on my face has actually started to clear up more than usual.

The product itself is easy to take, this is in powder form and you just add it to water or orange juice. I was afraid it was going to taste gritty or yucky, but it actually blends in to the liquid with minimal taste so that was a big plus for me!
