Our Thoughts

I'll admit it. I had my doubts that a frozen grilled cheese would be good. I imagined them turning out either soggy, too hard, or a combination of both. Chef MJ Brando and his Frozen Grilled Cheese definitely took me my surprise. Their grilled cheese sandwiches came out better than anything I made at home. I am the worst cook ever. I seriously burn water and when I try to make a grilled cheese, I normally set the smoke alarms off. I don't have to worry about that with Chef MJ Bando. I just toss their ready made sandwiches into the microwave and get a perfectly toasted sandwich every time. Its never overdone. Its never underdone. The cheese is always melted all the way through. Best of all, there's no messy clean up. The secret seems to be the unique crisping sleeve. Its works to harness the heat and uses it to get the bread crispy. We got to try all three varieties--American, cheddar and Swiss, and my children enjoyed them all. I can see them becoming a stable for weekend lunches.
