My hubby makes a super-vitamin-packed vegetable soup every few weeks during the winter. It's delicious and absolutely packed with veggie goodness, and I am certain it goes a long way in keeping us healthy! We also each take a multivitamin every day, and do a lot of hand washing to kill whatever germs we have picked up throughout the day.

    Thanks!

I try to keep our family by taking vitamins daily and using lots and lots of sanitizer reminding them not to sneeze or cough without their mouths being covered and to always wash your hands.

The best thing you can do is wash your hands where ever you go. There is hand sanitizers in the grocery stores by the carts etc. Use them. Rita Spratlen rjspratlen@gmail.com
