Summer Splash! Uncle Ben's Whole Grain White Rice Review & Giveaway

 My maiden name was Rice and when I was in high school I dated a guy named Ben for awhile. This led to a lot of Uncle Ben's Rice jokes. LOL But even though I got teased about it, I never stopped enjoying the food that was my namesake. I love rice in all its varieties and Uncle Ben's has always been my favorite brand. So I was excited to have a chance to try their newest variety. Uncle Ben's Whole Grain Rice is definitely something to brag about.

For our review, we received two packages of Whole Grain White Rice to try out. The packages are pretty small and I wasn't sure it would be enough for my whole family. When when it cooks up, it actually makes a lot more then I expected. The grains came out nice and fluffy and with a little seasoning, were a tasty side dish. Its also a great source of fiber. But the best part about this rice is that is that it is quick and easy to prepare. It just takes three easy steps and ten minutes, and its done.  All you have to do is add water, let it boil, stir, and serve.
