Clifford the Big Red Dog has always been one of my family's favorite shows. I even remember reading the Clifford books back when I was a child myself. And when it comes to Valentine's Day, how could the holiday be complete without your favorite big red dog? PBS knows how much we all love Clifford and they are bringing us a fun Valentine's Special which will air on PBS this week.
My family was lucky enough to catch a sneak peek of the feature and my kids thought it was awesome. The show consists of two mini episodes. The first is called "Big Hearted T-Bone". In this episode, Cleo's niece Kiki is wearing her out, and T-bone volunteers to taker her to the lighthouse. But then he runs into Mimi, the girl dog he has a crush on and he wants to spend time with her. T-bone is forced to choose between doing what he wants to do and keeping his promise.
In the second episode, called "Cleo's Valentine Surprise", Cleo spends the whole day making a huge Valentine's surprise for Clifford and T-bone made from dog treats. Clifford and T-bone also have plans for her to play her favorite game all day. But when they finally get together, Cleo is a little disappointed that they didn't have a big, fancy gift for her. But in the end she learns that its better to give than receive and the happiness of her friends if the best gift of all.

Clifford is one of our favorites too! My baby cracks up laughing at the episode where they start the dog band. Thanks for sharing.
