Book Journals Review & Giveaway (2 Winners)

Reduce. Reuse Recycle. Those are words I try to live by. I recycle everything I can--paper, batteries, cans and bottles. I love working with companies who feel the same way that I do. Book Journals has found a very unique way to reuse and recycle. They take old books that would have gone in a trash pile somewhere, and make them into something new and wonderful-adorable journals that both kids and adults will love.

Book journals are made from old books.  The front and the cover are the front and back of the book. Most of the story is also sprinkled though out the rest of the pages.  But inside you will will also find lovely black pages that you can fill with your own thoughts. The paper is nice and thick and great for drawing or writing.  The wonderful folks over at Book Journals were nice enough to send us four journals. We are all enjoying using them to color, write poetry, and jot down our thoughts. Having the cool retro books as a cover just adds to the intrigue.

Book Journals has thought of a unique and fun way to take something old and make it into something new and exciting. I enjoyed seeing the kids journals just as much as they did because I read all those stories years ago. Who knows, maybe they are even my copies! I especially enjoyed reading Cinderella and The Littlest Christmas tree.  It really brings back memories.
