I love producuts that are healthy, but they aren't easy to find in my area. Plus my family isn't quite as willing as I am to sacrifice taste when it comes to eating products that are gluten-free. But with Pamela's Products, I found something that makes my whole family happy and is actually good for them.
We received the pancake mix to review. Pancakes are our favorite Sunday breakfast so I was thrilled to try out this product. My husband made faces at me when he saw the package said wheat-free and gluten free. But he knows better than to argue with me, so he went ahead and mixed up the batter. It was simple to make. There were no messy clumps, and the batter cooked evenly. They smelled wonderful as they were cooking, and a few minutes later we each had a nice big fluffy pancake on our plates. 
Then it was time to dig in. Everyone loved them. My kids never knew it was anything other than our typical store brand, and even my husband had to grudgingly admit that they tasted as good as pancakes from a restaurant. My kids cleaned their plates, asked for seconds, and my son even asked for thirds. It was a good breakfast for everyone. I will defintely be making these pancakes again next weekend.
