Funky Monkey Snacks Review & Giveaway

I love fruit. All kinds of fruit, it every flavor, shape, and variety you can think of. My kids...not so much.   I practically have to force feed them a banana or apple after dinner at night. And I have to wonder if they don't just throw away any fruit I send them in their lunch bags. But now I have a great way to get them to eat three servings of fruit a day and they think they're just eating a cool new treat.  And I owe it all to Funky Monkey Snacks.

Do you see that smile on my son's face? That's a real smile, not just a pose for the camera. He was enjoying the bag of  Funky Monkey's Bananamon treats which is a tasty combination of cinnamon and bananna. He loved them! And I was as suprised as the kids in that old Mikey commerical from back in the 80's because my kids aren't usually open to trying new things and they've never had dried fruit before. But these are no ordinary dried fruits. Their funky combinations add a zing that would impress anyone's taste buds.

My daughter was equally impressed with the pink pineapple. I tried this one too and it tastes like a little piece of heaven! I love pineapple in a general, but mixed with the guava it was delicious! I expected that the Funky Monkey Snacks would be okay, but I never imagined I would love them this much.  Luckily, they're sold in lots of great stores like Super Target, Whole Foods, and Winn Dixie so they will be easy enough to find.

In addition to a great taste, Funky Monkey Snacks are all natural, gluten free, and have no added colors, flavors, sugars, or preservatives. The snacks are made in Brazil using tropical fruits at the peak of freshness, and they use whole pieces not small dices.
