My Thoughts:
I have to say I was extremely impressed with everything I tried once the package arrived! It can be hard to find protein on the market that has a full flavor, isn't packed with sugars, and also has a smooth consistency. A lot of products I have tried had a bland taste and chalky texture, both in bar form and in drink mixes. The Nuzest bars were soft, chewy, and tasted delicious! The Peanut Butter & Chocolate fed my candy cravings and gave me a boost of energy. The Vanilla & Almond and Coconut & Lemon flavors I enjoyed with breakfast! During lunch, I added in the Good Green Vitality Bar for a mid day pick me up. Getting more greens in my diet is one of my goals this year, and that bar was a great way to do it! Like the Clean Lean Protein Bars, it also had a soft and chewy texture with a sweet flavor that tasted very hearty and earthy. I really enjoyed it!
The Clean Lean Protein drink mixes were also very enjoyable! I used my handheld blender to make them before starting work at home. It was a nice addition to my daily nutrition. My favorite flavor was the Rich Chocolate, but the Smooth Vanilla and Real Coffee also didn't disappoint. I added cashew milk to mine. The consistency wasn't too thick but wasn't overly thin either. It had some body to it and I liked how much flavor each one had. They blended very easily too and weren't at all chalky. If you don't have a blender, a shaker cup would work just as well for these too!
