Atkins Meal Kits Make Loosing Weight Easy! @AtkinsInsider @AtkinsDiet #Discount

Ever since I had my last baby, I have been struggling to loose the last few pounds. He just turned five, but those last ten pounds have stubbornly hung on.  I've tried lots of different diet programs, but none have worked for me even though I'm very active. I'm sure the fact that I had this baby later in life is partly to blame because I dropped those baby pounds pretty quick when I was in my twenties. I have heard lots of people recommend the Atkins plan, so when I was given a chance to try them out, I was really excited to see what kind of results I could get.

Atkins is a low carb diet and weight loss program that makes it easy to stay on the right track. They not only help you lose weight, but give you the tools you need to maintain a long-term, healthy and balanced diet. Their delicious shakes, bars, and frozen entrees provide all the nutrients you need, but also offer the flavor you crave.  While Atkins is primarily a whole foods-based program, they do try to make their diet plan easy for those with busy lifestyles. Recently, Atkins has introduced a few easy step-by-step meal kits that make loosing weight even easier. These customized kits are designed with convenience in mind, and make it easy for newbies to adjust to a low-carb lifestyle.  The kits allow you to get everything  you need to get started quickly delivered right to your door.

There are three different meals kits available. The first is the Frozen Foodie Meal Kit which runs around $69.99. This kit is great for people who are too busy to cook full meals, but aren't satisfied with bars and shakes. This kit features a variety of Atkins Frozen Meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The second kit is the Evening Chef Meal Kit  which retails for $89.99. This kit is designed for someone who is seeking convenience during the day, but wants to prepare their own meals in the evening.  This kit includes a variety of Atkins Frozen Meals, Snack Bars and Shakes designed to cover breakfast, lunch and snacks. They also provide detailed  recipes and a  shopping lists for low-carb dinners you can make at home.

Finally, you have the Easy Peasy Meal Kit with a purchase price of $97.99. This is the most comprehensive kit. It includes all the meals you need, and you decide what to have as your snacks and side dishes. The kit includes a variety of Atkins Frozen Meals, Meal Bars and Shakes that will cover breakfast, lunch and dinner.

I'm a little on the lazy side when it comes to cooking, so I decided to go with the Easy Peasy Meal Kit. Plus, I know my children aren't going to want to be involved in this low carb thing, so this way I just make them a regular meal, and I can use these for myself. I was really impressed with how tasty all the items on the menu are. There are dozens of options to choose from throughout the day, and lots of variety so you never get bored. One of the things I really like is that you can add more veggies to a meal or a little whole grain rice if you aren't completely satisfied. However, I found most of these meals very filling, and didn't feel hungry or have any insane cravings like I normally do when I'm dieting. It actually didn't feel like this was a diet at all!

If you're looking for delicious food to help keep you on the right track, The Atkins Meal Kits are a great choice. Stay tuned next week to see how some of these delicious meals look out of the package and for an update on my weight-loss process!
If you're interesting in trying one of the new Atkins Meal Kits, they are available at at Atkins.com. You can also find free support from nutritionists, access to educational materials,  and the opportunity  to share insights from your personal weight-loss journey with other members of the Atkins community.

Book Review: The Diet Trap Solution

With so many diets on the market, why do so many still struggle with weight loss?

The culprit could be hidden saboteurs lurking where you least suspect them, warn University of Pennsylvania Clinical Associate Professor of Psychology in Psychiatry and Beck Institute for Cognitive Behavior Therapy President Dr. Judith S. My Thoughts
I really enjoyed this book. It was packed full of information and after reading this, I have been able to change my way of thinking. This book isn't just another book to tell you how to diet, instead it goes into situations that we face everyday and shows us how to deal with it. Anyone who has every needed to lose weight or tried, is going to relate. The author does a wonderful job writing this book. It's easy to follow and not full of terms that I have to later look up.

Once I started this book, I was able to read through it fairly quickly. It has definitely changed my way of thinking and I even used some of the things I learned this past weekend when in a social situation.

I think anyone who has dieted and will continue to diet in their life should pick this book up. There are a lot of tools in this book for you success and to keep you on the right path so you don't become and on again, off again dieter.

Book Review : The Creative Process Diet

The Creative Process Diet is a highly unconventional high-concept art
book that seamlessly integrates psychology, philosophy, spirituality,
and art -- all for the purpose of helping the reader to lose weight
and/or get into better shape as effortlessly as possible. The book has
a new age feel (one reader told me it sounds like something written in
the future), and is influenced by my study of shamanism and other
spiritual traditions. Quite a unique book that I think you would
enjoy.

My thoughts:

I have tried many diets in the past and have failed with everyone.  There are a lot of great tools in this book that has helped me.  There isn't chapters, but different sections.  I have skimmed through parts of this book and liked everything I have read.

By journaling in the journal part in the back of this book, I was actually able to start eating healthier.  I have found when I wrote down my daily intake of foods, it really make me think day to day is this food good for my body to intake today!  The journaling was one of my favorite things to do while reading through this book.

One of the things that is a major plus to me about this book, is that there isn't any meal plans of recipes to follow.  It is the readers job to find their way of eating healthier. And if I can find a healthier way of eating, than so can you.

For anyone else like me who has failed the typical diet plans and books, than this is definitely a book you need to get.

Stay Energized with B-UP Bars - High Protein Snacks #bupbar #YourUnlimitedPotential

Now that my kids are getting older, I'm finally heading back to the gym and getting myself back in shape. I'm hoping that in just a few months, I'll be back to my pre-pregnancy weight, but exercise alone may not be enough. The right diet can also make a huge difference when it comes to maintaining a healthy weight and an active lifestyle. That's where B-Up Bars come in. These delicious bars offer a high-protein, low sodium snack you can feel good about eating and actually enjoy!

B-Up are a really unique protein bar. First of all, they contain no artificial flavors, sweeteners, or preservatives. This is very important to me, because if I'm working hard to stay healthy, I don't want to load up with system with artificial ingredients. They also come in a variety of fabulous flavors including: Sugar Cookie, Peanut Butter, Chocolate Mint, PB & J, Vanilla Peanut Butter, and Cinnamon Roll. With so many options, there's bound to be something to suit everyone's pallet.

When I first tore into a B-Up bar, I'll admit, I found them a little intimidating. At first glance, they look and feel a little strange. I instantly thought of raw cookie dough. But as soon as I bit into one, I realized that they are really amazing. The texture may take a little getting used to, but the bars all taste like their name-sakes. The peanut butter tastes so much like actual peanut butter, it's like eating it straight from the jar. While I really enjoyed every one of the bars, I think the chocolate mint had to be my favorite. It has hunks of real chocolate and a minty flavor that is crisp and refreshing.

Of course, getting to have a  tasty snack is only one of the advantages of the B-Up bars. Because B-Up bars are packed with protein, they give you the energy you need to get through a workout, or even just a day of chasing toddlers around the park. Because they're also low in sodium and only 220 calories per serving, there's nothing to feel guilty about when you bite into one of these delicious bars.

B-Up bars are perfect for people just getting into the world of fitness or even those who have mastered their art. They will help you stay on track and stay fit. They taste so good, getting to munch on one will feel like a reward for your good behavior. So be active. Be healthy. Be better. Be everything you want to be with a little help from B-Up.

Discount Code

Normally, a trial pack of B-UP bars runs $17.49 for a package of six (6) bars with FREE shipping. Stylish Scale to Measure your Food from Fraser

With touch sensitive buttons and a tempered glass surface this FraserTM FS11 digital kitchen scale is one of the most advanced scales. The FraserTM FS11 scale is ideal for the home chef who desires accuracy and an elegant design. This scale also features an automatic Tare button that will quickly subtract the container weight, allowing you to weigh only the contents of your container.
The FraserTM FS11 scale has a capacity ranging from 0 ounces to 11 lbs (0 to 5,000 grams), and provides measurements in graduations of 1 g or 0.1 oz on its bright LCD screen. The scale also displays results in both the US and international metric systems (grams | ounces | pounds | kilograms). The large screen features a bright LCD with an improved viewing angle for the on-the-move chef, and provides Low Battery and Overload indicators. The FraserTM digital kitchen scale comes equipped with 1 lithium CR2032 removable battery for long life, and features a 1 minute automatic turn-off that preserves battery life.
Operation Instructions. ON/OFF Tap the TARE button to power scale ON. Hold down on TARE button for two seconds to power scale OFF.
"

My Thoughts

I love the size of this scale. It's thin and light. It's easy to place in a drawer when not using, yet stylish to stay on the counter.

I found the scale easy to use after ready the instruction manual. It has a lot of cool features, such as selecting the units you need. You can also place a bowl or plate on the scale and then pres the TARE button. This makes it so when you're measuring food, it doesn't count the weight of the bowl/plate you're using. This is very useful.

I really like that this one is battery operated too. The scale I was using prior was big, bulky, and needed to be plugged in (not to mention ugly). It was easy to clean as the top is glass. No streaks are left after wiping down with water or desired cleaner.

If you're looking for a scale to measure your food, I think you'll be pleased with this one. I couldn't find anything I disliked about it.

SkinnyTees - The Diet You Wear

Size is only a number, but we all want to look our best. I've had four children, and even though I can fit in my  pre-pregnancy pants, my body will never be completely the same, especially in the belly area. It's just not as flat as it used to be, and some clothing makes the mommy muff stand out even more.  Sometimes I look at photos and I can't believe the bulge I see. But this isn't a problem if you're wearing SkinnyTees.

SkinnyTees are a company that sells a collection of seamless tanks, tees, tops, skirts, dresses, bandeaus, leggings and active wear. They come in one size fits most as well as "And A Little More" for plus size women. They currently sell through QVC, various boutiques across the country, and on their website. They have even been featured in national publications like Life and Good Housekeeping, so you know they are something to rave about, and here's why...SkinnyTees erase the bulge without any effort at all. You don't need to diet. You don't need to exercise. Just slip on one of these beautiful tees and you automatically look about ten pounds thinner.

SkinnyTees are basically shape-wear, but they are shape-wear unlike any other. Most shape-wear I've tried is tight and uncomfortable, and meant to be hidden under your regular clothing. SkinnyTees isn't underwear. It's real clothing that works with your curves. The shirts are soft and comfortable and can be worn on their on or used in layering. Either way, the result is the same. It looks like you had a tummy tuck without ever going under the knife.

Another awesome perk to SkinnyTees is that they come in literally hundreds of colors and designs. Choose from solid colors or patterns, long sleeves or tank tops.  Plus, they are all bra-friendly. You can get the support you need without the straps hanging out the sides. There is something for every person's style and every season. I love my SkinnyTee, but my teen daughter loved it even more. She stole it as soon as it arrived and wears it almost faster than I can wash it. So another perk is that the styles bridge the generation gap. Teens to seniors can enjoy these designs, but they are especially great for new moms who are struggling to get back on track. SkinnyTees are a great way to make every woman feel beautiful.

If you'd like to learn more about SkinnyTees and all they have to offer, be sure to visit their website or follow their social media.

These high protein snacks are filling enough to hold you over until dinner, but they have only 150 calories in each bar. The come in a variety of flavors I loved including Honey Drizzle Peanut, Cinnamon Bun White Chocolate, Chocolate Almond Brownie, Salted Caramel, and Chunky Chocolate Peanut. I've been munching these bars all week, and they kept me satisfied until diner. They give me the chocolate flavor I grave but they are also a healthier alternative than sugary snacks. Even though they are low calorie and filled with fiber and protein, they are still packed with chocoaltely goodness. It's like getting to eat a candy bar for lunch!  The thinkThin Lean Protein Bars are definitely a great choice moms on the go! Just give them a try and you'll be hooked!
