Zen Box by Jen

There are a lot of subscription boxes out there, but none quite like the Zen Box By Jen. This delightful box brings you a selection of fun products that will feed your body and soul. Every month there is a new theme, but all of the boxes are filled with mindful goodies that will brighten your day and lift your spirit.

I was lucky enough to get to test out the July box, and this one had a definite summer theme. Even the little note and tissue paper inside were red, white, and blue in honor of our nation's birthday.  Here's a little sneak peek at this month's goodies.

Yogi Tea- This is one of my favorite brands of tea, and I always enjoy the chance to test out new flavors. This month's box included three varieties you can enjoy both iced or hot including: Sweet Tangerine Positive Energy, Roasted Dandelion Spice Detox, and Green Tea Pomegranate which is a great source of Anti-Oxidants.

Lara Bar - These are delicious fruit and nut bars that are gluten free, dairy free, and soy free. In sticking with the 4th of July theme, this one is Apple Pie flavor.

By The Lake Soap- This luscious bar soap is handmade by Jen.  The scent is "By The Lake". It smells wonderful, lathers nicely, and the delicate aroma lingers on your skin all day long.

Essential Oil Insect Repellent- This is another full size bottle that Jen makes herself. You won't find any DEET in this bottle. It's made using all natural essential oils, and will help keep those troublesome mosquitoes  at bay.

Throwing Stones- Last but not least, this box included two lovely throwing stones. One is painted with a sunset. The  other has the words, "Let Go". This second stone is meant to be thrown into the water, but only after you focus all your negative thoughts and troubles into the stone. Once you throw it into the water, those negative thoughts are cleansed and transformed, leaving you with a lighter heart. The second stone is a beautiful keepsake.

I was really impressed with the diverse selection of products inside this box. Each item was unique and holds a special purpose.  The Zen Box by Jen is definitely one of my favorite subscription boxes so far, not only because I loved the selection, but also because it's one of the most affordable new-age type boxes I've come across to date. At only $25 with free shipping, it's easy to fit into your budget and you're really getting your money's worth.
