Probiotics are great to take whether you're a baby, kid or adult. With how our diets are today, it's important to keep proper gut flora in check so we can stay at our optimum health. I like to give my son a few drops a day (five a day is recommended on the package) as it's just good practice, but when I started these drops my son was in the middle of a cold that he'd had for just over a week.
