#Sponsored Stay Active this Summer with Depend Silhouette Active Fit Briefs - #Underwareness #FreeSample

Having four children has taken a toll on my body. When I was young, I could hold my bladder all day. I wouldn't touch a public bathroom with a ten foot pole. These days, I've become accustomed to squatting, but there are times when I can't even wait that long. When I'm exercising, running along the beach, doing yoga etc, sometimes there isn't a bathroom right there or I simply can't get there fast enough. If I cough or sneeze when I'm trying to hold my bladder, there is sometimes a little leakage. It's not something I want to admit, but I've worn sanitary napkins when I'm out exercising or jogging along the nature trails, just in case.  I know I'm not the only one who has this problem. It's far more common than you might imagine and people are finally talking about it. Women are speaking out about mild incontinence and Depend is there to help bring the problem out in the open with their Underwareness Campaign.

First off, Depend aren't just for the elderly. There are more people in their twenties and thirties who experience leakage than people in their eighties. The average age is only 52!  Depend are a discreet way for men and women of all ages to deal with the problem of mild to severe incontinence. They aren't bulky and they won't make you feel like you're wearing a diaper.  They really feel just like real underwear. There's no shame is wearing your Depend for bladder leakage protection. I don't use them everyday, but if I know I'm not going to be close to a bathroom, you can be sure I've got one on. This summer, I have have been wearing them to the beach because there isn't a bathroom for miles and we like to stay all day.  Like I said. There's no shame. I'm totally ready to #DropMyPants for #Underwareness and let the world know that I'm proud of my body and the works its done to create four other human beings. If I leak a little as a result, that is a small price to pay.

For the last two years, Depend has been challenging the misconceptions about incontinence with their Drop Your Pants for Underwareness Movement.   While they're at it,  Depend will donate $1, up to $3 million, over the next three years to charities that advance the research, education and awareness of bladder leakage. For every pant drop, photo and video someone shares using the hashtags  #Underwareness and #DropYourPants, a donation will be made. Every personal video made about what Underwareness means to you that is uploaded to YouTube and tagged #Underwareness and #DropYourPants will help to make a difference to this worthwhile cause.
