My teen daughter is really into fitness. I love that she leads such a healthy lifestyle, and I always encourage her to try new things. For her birthday, one of the things on her wish list was a balance ball. She had seen lots of yoga routines that included a balance ball and she was excited to try it out. I thought it would be hard to stay balanced on the ball, but I was able to do most of the same moves as my daughter, even though I'm twice her age.
