Litehouse Complete Herb Set #Giveaway @litehousefoods #Litehouse

With spring in full bloom, we have school ending and summer parties starting! The gardens are in full bloom and the days are longer. This time of year, we have teacher gifts to buy for the end of the year and Father's Day is soon after. These are 2 holidays that are perfect for hand made gifts by the kids! A very inexpensive gift to make is homemade tea bags. Grab a fun colored string and use some herbs and coffee filters to quickly and easily make your own tea bags. Pair them with a fun mug or box and Teacher or Dad will love these!

I made my tea bags using the Mint and Lemongrass herbs from Litehouse. I love the freshness in all of Litehouse products and they have fun blends that make great teas! Below is my tutorial for making your own tea bags. I also shared the video in which I watched to learn this!

Supplies
  • Coffee Filters
  • Spices & Herbs of choice
  • Stapler
  • Scissors
  • String

Instructions:

See video below! Flatten a coffee filter and cut off two parallel sides to form a strip. Add herbs to the center. Fold each vertical side over so the ends overlap. Fold in half horizontally so you have the herbs settled at the bottom as in the picture above. Grab the edges and fold over 2-3 times and staple closed. Staple a sizable string (so you have 2 staples total on top of each other). Enjoy!

The Giveaway

1 lucky reader will win the entire Litehouse herb collection. Enter below. Open to US. Ends 5/25. Good luck.
