The first batch of jerky we tried was the True Gentlemen's Jerky. There were two varieties included: Original Peppered and Korean Flavored BBQ. Both of these varieties are a little spicy, so they are definitely for those who like a little extra kick. The best part is knowing that True Gentlemen's Jerky is made using only quality ingredients, like organic herbs and seasoning. There is no MSG or any of the other garbage most commercial brands are pumped with. The only thing packed into this jerky is lots of great taste. Next up we had two packages of Field Trip Jerky, which comes direct from New York. The flavors included were original and Teriyaki. These two were milder than the Gentlemen's Jerky, but still delicious. All of their jerky is gluten free as well as MSG and nitrate free. When you're eating this, you're getting the real thing and nothing artificial.
My family loved our box of jerky, especially my husband. There aren't many subscription boxes out there that are geared to a man's taste, but this one is something any guy would enjoy.
