Best of Me Tea Party with Teavana @FHEInsiders @FoxHomeEnt @BestOfMeMovie #BestOfTea

This weekend, my family and I celebrated the release of the Best of Me DVD/Blu-ray combo with a fun tea party! My teen daughter and I invited over some of our friends and had an amazing girl's day, but before I tell you about the party, here is a little info on the movie.

Based on the #1 New York Times Best Seller from celebrated author Nicholas Sparks comes this tender, romantic drama about the timeless power of love. When former high school sweethearts Dawson and Amanda (James Marsden and Michelle Monaghan) meet at a loved one's funeral 20 years after tragedy separated them, their love is reignited. As they recall and relive the past, they come to a deeper understanding about the choices they've made. Also starring Luke Bracey and Liana Liberato, and featuring beautiful scenery along with music by Lady Antebellum, The Best of Me is a powerfully romantic story of love, hope and second chances.
For the Home Entertainment release, the “Tears of Joy” Edition Blu-ray and DVD will include an all-new storyline and “Storybook” Alternate Ending so Amanda and Dawson finally get that second chance at love.

Now, let me tell you about the tea party. First off, we received tons of cool party favors including candles, mason jar mugs, Teavana tea and more. I handed these out to our guests as soon as they arrived. We had a few snacks ready, and then we got started on brewing our tea.Teavana supplied everything we needed.

Teavana sent us their limited edition First Blush Tea  which is specifically designed tea for Valentine’s Day featuring naturally scented Jasmine green tea blended with floral orchid oolong complemented by luscious strawberries, crisp rhubarb and effervescent undertones of bubbly rosé.
In each cup of Teavana tea you can find delicious and exotic flavors, and is the perfect pairing to a night in with your girlfriends.

Our tea was simple to drew and delicious! We each enjoyed a cup in our mason jar mugs. There was even natural raw sugar to add to it. The tea is sweet and would taste just as great chilled as it did hoy.  The brewer is the perfect way to make the perfect cup every time.

Once our tea was ready to drink, we sat down to enjoy the movie. Best of Me is a romance inspired by the Nicholas Sparks novel of the same name. It some ways it's a lot like his other movies. Rich girl, poor guy, and parents who don't approve. They wind up going their separate ways, but years later meet again at a friend's funeral. Throughout the movie we get glimpses of how their past relationship fell part through flashblacks. In the present, Dawson regrets that he didn't fight for her and Amanda is trapped in a loveless marriage.  James Marsden and Michelle Monaghan were both amazing in their roles. They had a chemistry between them that seems to seep off the screen. Overall, an amazing romance with parts that will make you laugh and cry. Be sure to keep your tissues handy, even if you do watch the "Tears of Joy" addition instead of the version with the not so happily ever after.

Thanks to Fox Entertainment and Teavana for making this a day we're never forgot. Make sure to check out Teavana's website for some delicious blends of your own, and be sure to follow their social media.  And don't forget to grab a copy of Best of Me on Bluray or DVD.

I am not one for mushy movies, although I did enjoy Sparks's "The Notebook". But the Tea Party looks like great fun, that you all enjoyed. I have not yet seen the Teavana, so thanks to the introduction to the brewer.

The movie sounds good but I am more interested in that First Blush Tea. Now that sounds really good. I would have loved it by the way you describe it. Also love those mason jar mugs.
