Walkers Shortbread Festive Shapes

What’s more festive than decorating cookies during the cold winter months? Minimize the kitchen stress and mess (and potential for burnt cookies) by decorating Walkers Shortbread Festive Shapes (from Santa Claus to Christmas Bells, and more). The homemade-in-Scotland cookies will make cookie-decorating with the family delicious and stress-free!
Decorating Walkers Shortbread is a great option for the kids (or anyone) when you may not have enough time to bake cookies, but still want to engage in a fun and festive activity. It’s as easy as paint by numbers: the festive shapes’ imprints will guide your decorating, allowing you and the little ones to easily create an edible masterpiece.

My Thoughts
What fun it was to decorate these cookies with my seven and ten-year-old children.

They each got to use their own imagination on their cookies.  They want to get more and invite their friends over for a cookie decorating party.

Walkers Shortbread are so very tasty, that it is hard to stop after you eat one. And made from four ingredients:  Wheat flour, Butter, Sugar and Salt.  They aren't to big, but just the right size for decorating.  The best part is that you don't have to go through the hassle of making them with all the mess that comes along with making home made cookies.  In fact these taste better.

I am most definitely going to take my kids advice, get some more of these and have a cookie decorating party with their friends.  I may even decorate a few myself.  Very great to get the icing gel and decorations with the cookies.  Didn't have to run to the store to get anything, it was all right in the package with the cookies.

Great festive activity that the whole family can enjoy and do together.
