Old El Paso Frozen Entrees - No Way That's Frozen! #PlatefullCoOp

Every now and then, my family gets the hankering for Mexican, but making it from scratch can be a lot of work. Thank heavens for Old El Paso and their frozen dinners. In just a few quick and easy steps, we can have a huge dinner ready that the whole family can enjoy.

We've tried several different versions of Old El Paso in the last few months, but I think these tasty frozen enchiladas are the best we've made so far.  Just open up the box and toss them in the stove or toaster oven. We used the stove and it was ready it about 45 minutes. I was a little nervous they wouldn't cook evenly. A lot of frozen foods either burn on the ends or are still frozen in the center when you take them out, but these enchiladas came out perfectly.

The enchilada sauce offers tons of flavor without being too spicy, so the whole family could enjoy it, even the younger kids.  The soft taco shells are wrapped up tight so there is no mess. One package was enough to feed a family of four. It tastes so amazing, it's hard to believe it's frozen food!

Old El Paso provided everything we needed to enjoy our meal including some fun accessories. I'm not a drinker but my kids had fun drinking soda in the Margarita glasses and the chips made it a festive night for everyone. Old El Paso is a great choice for nights where the kids have activities because it offers a quick, healthy meal with minimal clean up. It's definitely a favorite in our household that we turn to again and again.
